Role: Research & Documentation — PMA Team 3 (8-person team), Excelerate Internship Programme · June – August 2026

Project Overview

An end-to-end project management assignment to plan and deliver a virtual Educator & Facilitator Networking Forum for Excelerate's facilitators, curriculum designers, and educators, culminating in a fully virtual live event delivered 30 July – 01 August 2026 on a fixed 12-week timeline.

My Role

Research & Documentation lead on an 8-member delivery team, contributing to registration process design, the project's documentation trail, and the ClickUp monitoring dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

Research and document supporting materials feeding the participant registration process
Maintain project documentation trail across planning and execution phases
Contribute to weekly check-ins, rolling QA review, and status reporting cadence
Support dashboard build and maintenance in ClickUp
